The historic town of Sandpoint Idaho is located in North Idaho's Panhandle, on the shore of beautiful

Year-round beauty at every turn and outdoor activities galore (fishing, hunting, hiking, boating, and Schweitzer Mountain, a first-class ski resort, is just minutes away) makes this small town anything but
sleepy. There is the Sandpoint Festival with music and fun, art galleries and events, the historic Panida Theater, fine hotels and restaurants, all of which puts elegance and culture close at hand, while remaining small-town friendly. One minute north of sandpoint and at the base of Schweitzer is "the Little City with the Big Future" Ponderay.
